Now you can trade-in your old Mac, iPad, Tablet or Laptop for credit towards the purchase of a new Mac, iPad, iPhone or any other purchase at Imagine store.

How the Trade-up program works

Fill out the form to get an initial estimate.
In the mean time, back up your old device. Make sure you check your backup carefully because your old device will be securely erased after trade in.
Bring your old device to any Imagine store with as many of its original accessories as possible – original box, power cord, keyboard, mouse, etc. Having all your accessories can raise your trade-in value. You and your device must come to Imagine. We do not accept trade-ins by mail.
Our staff will have your device tested and give you a final estimate based on it’s condition and accessories included. If you accept the offer, you can trade-up to a new Mac, iPad or iPhone!

Terms and Conditions

Additional cashback valid over and above the best available price at the store.
Device should switch on and be in working condition. Device should boot to home screen.
Screen should be intact with no cracks, lines, heavy scratches, discoloration and blemishes and touch should be working properly.
The device should have a working charger and valid Indian invoice (if under warranty).
The device could have normal signs of usage but no noticeable dents or cracks on the body or any components missing.
All other Brands and Models are also eligible for the program at promotion stores and will fetch prices as per the condition of the device.
