Currently, the AppleCare Services Plan is available for iPhone 6s (all variants) till iPhone 11 all variants.

AppleCare Services Plan will be available at a wide array of outlets, including Apple Premium Resellers and major retail outlets. The activation of the Plan is done at the time of sale and a confirmation mail is sent immediately to confirm.

Yes. All eligible iPhone models with verifiable information are eligible for AppleCare Services Plan, if other prerequisites are met.

In the one year plan, accidental and liquid damage will be covered, as defined in the terms and conditions. Accessories and battery service of your iPhone is also covered. In the two year plan, you get extended warranty which also covers hardware failure of iPhone components.

Normal wear and tear, pre-existing flaws, non-accidental or cosmetic damages are not covered.

No, the AppleCare Services is mapped to the iPhone. A one-time transfer to another owner is possible, if other predefined criteria, as per the terms and conditions, are met.

You can visit to find an Apple Authorised Service Provider near you and pay the Processing Fee (if applicable) for the nature of Service being availed.

Only a minimal amount for processing fee is required to be paid for repair instances under AppleCare Service for iPhones

While the AppleCare Service does cover liquid damage as defined in the terms and conditions, it does not cover theft.

Depending on the Plan you’ve purchased, it will differ as below:
(a) One Service Event within the first twelve-month period from your Plan Purchase Date as specified on the Plan Confirmation.
(b) One Service Event from the beginning of the thirteenth month from your Plan Purchase Date up to end of the Coverage Period, based on your Plan’s original purchase date as specified on the Plan Confirmation.

Once your iPhone is activated for AppleCare Service, an automated mail is sent with the details of the benefits that you will enjoy.

An automated email with the AppleCare Service benefits is sent to your registered email address with the confirmation. You can cross-check your phone’s IMEI details with the one stated on the mail attachment.

No, the AppleCare Service is mapped to the phone and not the SIM card, provider or the phone number.
